Alliance Group has been the majority shareholder of Kopy Goldfields since 2020.

Kopy Goldfields holds 13 licenses for exploration and production in Irkutsk and Amur regions with total ore and alluvial gold resources of 1.83 million ounces (M,l&l, JORC) and 4.9 million ounces according to the State Commission on Mineral Reserves classification.

Krasnoye deposit and Vostochnoye occurrence are located on the right bank of Bodaybo river.

The Krasnyi project includes three licenses for exploration and production of alluvial and hard-rock gold, and a license for hard-rock gold development at Batyi area.

Average gold grade in reserves


Malyi Patom region is located north of Bodaybo and occupies a total area of 1,940 km2. The project includes seven areas.

Licenses for prospecting, exploration and production of hard-rock gold are valid until 2037 and are renewable.
